By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from LifeKey Health at the phone number you provided.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message indicating you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint) are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will reach your wireless device.

Privacy

Your participation in our SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent Not Required
