LifeKey Health operates an SMS messaging program for individuals who have explicitly opted in. Messages may include:

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from LifeKey Health by:

• Checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our website forms
• Texting a keyword to our designated number
• Verbally providing consent during a phone call (which we will document)

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from LifeKey Health at the phone number you provided.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.

Message and data rates may apply. The cost of messages will depend on your wireless carrier and your specific plan. LifeKey Health is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless carrier. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our services and the type of communications you opted into. You can typically expect approximately 2–5 messages per month, though this may vary.

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket Wireless, and others.

Wireless carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered to your wireless device.

Your participation in our SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from LifeKey Health.

The information provided through our website and SMS communications is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
