PCA/CNA/GNA
Job Summary:
The Personal Care Aide/CNA/GNA provides essential personal care and support services to clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This role involves assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), providing companionship, and observing and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, dependable, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic Qualifications
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driver's License (required) and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields
- Ability to pass Maryland Criminal Background Check
- MD State HS Diploma/GED

PCA/CNA/GNA Field Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Personal Care Aide/CNA/GNA Floating Supervisor oversees the team of PCA/CNA/GNAs providing essential personal care and support services to clients in their homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This role involves the oversight and on call duties of assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), providing companionship, and observing and reporting any changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, dependable, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to train and mentor other CNAs//GNAs/PCAs
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driver's License (required) and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields

- MD State HS Diploma/GED
- CNA/GNA license
- 2 years previous supervisory experience required
- CMT required
PRN RN
Job Summary:
The PRN Registered Nurse (RN) provides skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, following established plans of care and agency policies and procedures. This role requires the ability to work independently, possess strong clinical assessment skills, and effectively communicate with clients, families, and other members of the healthcare team. The PRN RN provides flexible coverage for staff absences, fluctuating patient needs, and new admissions.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maryland is required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical nursing experience, preferably in home health, acute care, or long-term care.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in a variety of nursing skills and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with current auto insurance may be required depending on the service area.
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation requirements is preferred.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening as required by Maryland regulations and agency policy.
